Q: I'm placing an order online. How much will it cost to ship to my home?
A: Shipping rates depend on your location, the size and number of items ordered. For Cape Town, Durban, PE, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Plett and East London, the following standard shipping rates apply:

Q: How long does delivery take if I ordered from the website?
A: This depends on whether or not we have the items you order in stock. If so, they will ship the next day. If not, your order will be delivered within 3 weeks of placing the order. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will make contact and let you know.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, currently we only ship within South Africa. Contact us if you’d like to arrange your own shipping internationally.

Q: What can I do if I’m having trouble placing an order online?
A: You can place an order offline. Here are your options:

Q: How will my Sak be shipped to me?
A: Your Happy Sak inner will be vacuum packed and shipped in a sturdy plastic bag wrapped with cling wrap to protect it. The cover will be sent with your Sak inner, but not on it. When you receive your order, remove it from the cling wrap and plastic bag and allow it to decompress for 48 hours before putting your cover on and having a seat! 

Q: Does Happy Sak offer additional fabric styles, colours, and choices beyond what I see on the website?
A: If you can’t find something you love on our site, send Simon a whatsapp, see our branded beanbags page or contact your  for more options.

Q: What is the turn-around time for custom/branded Saks?
A: Custom Saks are made to order, especially for you. Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks from date of purchase depending on the order size. Contact us for help or see our branded beanbags page for more info.

Q: Can I ship to PO Box?
A: No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Q: Can I manage my delivery and track my packages?
A: Yes, if you request your tracking number from us, you’ll be able to track your package with Star Express.

Q: Are Happy Sak covers washable?
A: Yes, your cover is removable and machine washable on a cool 30 ̊c wash. It can be tumble dried on a low heat setting. The same goes for our swing pods, dog beds and floor cushions that don’t have the buttons. 

Note that unlike the saks and dog beds, the signature collection does not have removable, machine washable covers and they must be cleaned by hand

Q: My Happy Sak is too firm/soft – what can I do?
A: All of our Happy Sak inners are made with a zip to allow you to easily remove some foam if your Sak is too firm or add more filling if it’s too soft. Let us know if it’s too soft and we’ll gladly provide you with the additional filling you need!

Q: What kind of warranty do I get on Happy Sak products?
A: The stitching, zips and sliders on all Happy Sak products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Simply return your Happy Sak to us for repair and return to you.

Q: Are Happy Saks weather resistant?
A: Our outdoor range is made from high quality, durable outdoor fabric which is water resistant but NOT waterproof! So while a little water is ok, it’s best not to leave your Happy Sak in the rain as this will damage the cover and the foam filling. Our indoor range is not water resistant so shouldn’t be used outside, unless under a covered patio. As for the sun, it’s also not advisable to leave your Happy Sak in direct sunlight as it will fade over time.
